With 8 years of pioneering utility-scale wind development and energy saving projects to supply clean,renewable energy to the California and Baja CA markets, APA is well poised for sizable growth. We are on the cusp of partnering with a development partner / investor with great foresight to accelerate our expansion, and we have our staffing and consultants overview and work products plan in place. We expect the partnership to be completed by May, 2009. We are already making great efforts to train and incorporate Pai Pai and other locals into our work.
Viviana Castro Tovar, the first Pai Pai attorney, is our first trainee. Andres Regland, Mario Tovar, Jesus Cañedo, Jesus Arballo and others have already contributed to early stage development work.
