Energy for Sustainable Growth with Social Justice and a Clean Environment
STAFF, JOBS, CONSULTANTS

With 8 years of pioneering utility-scale wind development and energy saving projects to supply clean, renewable energy to the California and Baja CA markets, APA is well poised for sizable growth.  APA has joined forces with the MEXICAN Developer CISA and the MEXICAN/SPANISH Developer INTAVAN to accelerate our expansion focusing on in-country development work.   CISA / INTAVAN and APA are pretty well staffed, and are keeping a "lean and mean" posture.  Nonetheless from time to time as development accelerates our partners and us will be adding staffers and consultants to implement our planned work per timeline. APA has already had a good deal of success in training and incorporate Pai Pai and other locals into our work.

Viviana Castro Tovar, the first Pai Pai attorney, is our first trainee.  Andres Regland, Mario Tovar, Jesus Cañedo, Jesus Arballo and others have already contributed to early stage development work.  As have a wide variety of consultants in the Ensenada, Baja CA area.
